NW2E receives and treats oily water and other contaminated wastewaters. Our treatment plant in Mekjarvik, outside Stavanger, is equipped with six tanks and a modern biological treatment plant. We also handle also other types of hazardous waste. With our advanced technologies for recycling we can also use waste to generate bio-gas energy in cooperation with IVAR and Lyse.

NORWEGIAN WASTE TO ENERGY AS EMERGES
FROM STAVANGER SLOP AS
Norwegian Technology's thoughts and plans to invest in and develop a company for treatment of industrial waste have now been acted upon by restructuring former Stavanger Slop AS to become a 100% owned subsidiary.
The new Operations Manager is Martin Schanche. The aims and values of the new set-up will further build on its predecessor´s sound reputation and bring NW2E up to new levels of advanced technologies for recycling and also using waste to generate bio-gas energy in cooperation with IVAR and Lyse.
NW2E AS TREATS POLLUTED WATER AND INDUSTIAL WASTE
NW2E receives, store and treats hazardous waste water and oily sludge. Our treatment plant in Mekjarvik, outside Stavanger, is equipped with 4500 m3 waste water storage tanks and 800m3 of oily sludge. Our state of the art treatment processes consist of chemical/physical, biological and activated charcoal processes
NW2E are licenced to treat and discharge 55000 ton pr. year.
The facility is licensed and certified to store and treat flammable fluids such as waste water contaminated with crude oil or condensate.
Through our partners we can arrange for tank and tanker washings and transport by ship or road.
